Call for Candidate Nominations – District 209 Leadership
For circulation in Districts 16, 22, 24 and 43
 
Deadline for responses: February 13, 2026
 
Join the leadership team of the new District 209, which includes clubs located in NW Arkansas, Oklahom Kansas, W Missouri, Nebraska, and W Iowa. The District Leadership Committee invites nominations and applications for the 2026–27 team for the following roles:
 
• District Director
• Program Quality Director
• Club Growth Director
• Division Directors (7 total for D209)

How to apply:
Complete and submit by email the three forms listed below:
District Candidate Application Form
District Leader Agreement and Release Statement
District Leader Nominating Form (you can nominate yourself or have another Toastmaster nominate you)
Email your completed documents to quilterpatray@gmail.com (DTC chair Pat Hanan, on behalf of the D209 DLC).

As the District Leadership Committee (DLC) Chair, I am contacting you for information as to how to get the upcoming Call for Nominations posted to your current district website. If I can get that information for your district‘s webmaster or forward the information to you to give to the webmaster, I would gratefully appreciate your assistance.
 
The Call will need to be posted very soon, hopefully on or near December 15th and should appear under a dedicated tab accessible from the website home page. Additionally, if your district publishes a newsletter, this information should also be posted there.
